Please read and acknowledge the conditions listed in this General Content Release Acceptance Agreement before registering as a member of IM-MTV.COM.  

The iMarket Media and T.V. (iM-MTV) is hosted by THEIMARKETNETWORK.BIZ and owned and operated by The iMarket Network, LLC..  

By registering and becoming a member of the iMarket Media and T.V. (iM-MTV), also known as IM-MTV.COM, I hereby authorize registered Editors, the website owners, and administrators of IM-MTV.COM  to post and share published content submitted by me under my registered username, legal name and likeness, for use in news posts, print, online photo galleries, online and video-based marketing materials, as well as other Company related publications.  

I hereby release and hold harmless registered members, website owners The iMarket Network, LLC, and administrators of IM-MTV.COM  from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the content specified above.  

I further acknowledge that my registration and participation is voluntary and that I am not expected to receive compensation of any type associated with the self-submittal, taking, or publication of any content or participation in community marketing advertisements or other publications. Furthermore, I openly acknowledge and agree that the publication of said content confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.  

I hereby release and hold harmless registered members, website owners The iMarket Network, LLC, and administrators of IM-MTV.COM, its contractors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials for IM-MTV.COM, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
